I don't know what issues people have with their bottles, but this bottle is amazing.once you have got rid of the air from the straw when you have refilled its instant water.

Gourde très pratique pour économiser l'eau en bouteille qu'on achète et plus ecolo en plus. j'ai toujours été retissante à boire l'eau du robinet, je le fais maintenant sans problème. L'effet "biberon" est un coup à prendre au départ, ensuite c'est top! Garde bien frais longtemps

It is the worst water bottle I have ever bought, water does not flow very well if at all through the straw and filter wish I had never bought it, and it’s not just this model I have 2 other models and they are the same, I bought them thinking they would be better, they are just the same useless, I even bought new filters and still does not work
