FidelioKopfhörer mit Mikrofon

I have to disagree with all the reviews on here, had my pair for a year and half and have had no problems whatsoever. I have used them almost every day and they still look fantastic, the faux leather seems to be of a very high quality, they are very comfortable even with 2 hours of wearing them. Such a high quality feel to these headphones and they have been excellent for me. Seems to be a problem with the ear pads for some people but for me they've been great. Your ears do start to get a little hot after an hour or so but that is the same with pretty much all on-ear headphones. They also sit on your head very nicely, some headphones feel clamped to your skull but these are just right-not too loose so that they fall off but still comfortable.

Sound is fantastic. However after less than two years careful use, one of the pads has split along the seam. Philips customer service state that this is a non-replaceable item. Therefore after such a short time they are basically saying that the phones are at the end of their life and I must buy new ones. They don't want to know. Will never buy another Philips product

After about 3 months of usage, the "leather" on one earpad started coming apart. Contacted Philips and they were excellent, sending me a replacement set in a short time. Unfortunately, after about 2 months the same thing happened again. Contacted them again and they offered a refund (minus Amazon shipping cost). Won't be buying another pair - it's such a shame, these headphones do sound very crisp and have good detail.

Excellent sound and comfort... Until they start to split. The adhesive use and the minute amount of material ensures these fail just after warranty. A quick and dirty repair is Bostik leather adhesive. Be aware it is fiddly as there is about 1.5mm of fabric to secure to the main earcup pad. Philips replaced these with the Fidelio Mkii And I'm petrified to use them. They're still in their box.
