Gaggia RI9301/11

I have an older version of the Baby (20 yrs old) and works great just cannot get the steaming parts to fix it. So, I purchased a new model. The machine is great and makes the perfect cup of espresso. There are a few problems with the machine turning on by its self and leaking. I have had in the shop for the leak which is less but still there if the coffee is packed too tight in the portafilter. The self random brewing happens when ever it feels like it no set patterns. Therefore sending the unit to the seller for repairs, they claim a problem with the steam valve leaking on the control board, we will see. Love the way and speed of the unit, just take out the electronics and it would be a 5 star unit.

It heats up quickly, makes superb crema, has excellent steam output for frothing and is compact and easy to clean. If I could change one thing it would be to place the main power switch from the back to the front or top of machine as a better reminder to power it off when finished. Overall, an excellent machine producing as fine an espresso latte or cappuccino as you'll find in any cafe. Highly recommend!

Its brews exceptionally delicate coffee and the ornament of the kitchen! I like it very much despite a small boiler.

Ottima...da anni ormai! Sono ben 12 anni che questa macchinetta funziona quotidianamente senza dare alcun problema. E' la nostra "compagna" di colazioni mattutine e non, affidabile, efficiente, di facile utilizzo e poco ingombrante. Cosa dire di più? Baby Gaggia, la migliore.

Ho una Baby comprata credo attorno al 1990, bianca con i tasti rossi quadrati. Funziona ancora a meraviglia, anzi man mano che invecchia il caffè è sempre più buono.

Materiali di qualita' e costruita bene ma dopo un periodo di 2 anni il caffe' non viene piu' buono come un tempo neanche dopo lupizie approfondite

Dopo aver pensionato la mia vecchia macchina per vetustà mi sono orientato su una Gaggia. Ho valutato i vari modelli e la scelta è caduta su questa Baby Gaggia 06 acquistata a marzo 2014. Sono soddisfatto in linea generale per la produzione sia del caffè, buono e cremoso, che del vapore per la schiuma del latte. Sono deluso invece per alcuni dettagli che non rendono giustizia alla qualità generale della macchina: i pulsanti non sono precisi e spesso non vengono ritenuti. Lo sgocciolatoio (il pezzo dove vengono raccolti i liquidi in eccesso) si è completamente scrostato all'interno e all'esterno perde il rivestimento in numerosi punti. L'igiene, non essendoci più il rivestimento, ne risente ed il materiale sottostante essendo poroso assorbe i liquidi risultando "macchiato" anche a livello estetico. In definitiva è un buon prodotto che però presenta alcune pecche che lo rendono non consigliabile.

Questa e la terza gaggia che entra nella mia famiglia. Una pensionata per limiti di età acquistata anni 80 mod. Espresso Gaggia, una seconda Espresso Gaggia tutt'ora in funzione acquistata intorno al 2005. Nel 2011 ho acquistato una New Baby -Type : sin031 (new Baby06), prodotta in Romania, le altre erano prodotte a Milano..., un piccolo continuo calvario tra filtri crema che si intasano, acqua che non arrivava alla caldaia per dei residui di lavorazione lasciati nel raccordo di collegamento con l'elettrovalvola, la guarnizione sottocoppa che spesso viene sparata fuori quando la macchina scalda per la produzione del vapore. I centri assistenza ridotti nella mia zona dopo l'acquisizione di phlips. Il tutto lascia senza ulteriori commenti.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato una baby gaggia nel 2013 per sostituire quella precedente che avevo dal 2008 ma che aveva perso potenza (il caffè aveva difficoltà ad uscire) e questa nuova è ancora peggio (devo usare poco caffè altrimenti niente). Rimpiango la mia prima baby Gaggia del 1985 che fino a che si è intasata di calcare andava benissimo.....
